February 5, 2020

I can’t believe that IAMPHENOM 2020 is almost here! It seems like just yesterday we were partying it up in Philly and introducing Talent Experience Management (TXM) to the world.

I also can’t believe that we are not just bringing back our revolutionary IAMPHENOM Training Day, but we’re transforming it into a TXM adventure.

I want to preface the rest of this post with the following: Our training day is “not your normal” conference training. You’ll get up out of your seat. You’ll play games, You’ll laugh. You may cry...from joy. You’ll get to network with your peers. You’ll eat really good food. And best of all, you’ll be having so much fun that you won’t even realize you’re learning.

Here’s what you’ll experience when you join us for training day:

First, we’ll have breakfast. You’ll get to listen to my bad jokes and watch me drink way too much tea. Then, we’ll wave goodbye as we split up into our various sessions.

In the sessions, you’ll get to explore various aspects of talent experience management—but we’re not going to just push our platform. We’re going to teach you how to create the best talent strategies possible.

So how are we going to do that? Let’s dive into a few examples of what you’ll learn:

  • Change management: Launching any new process or software can be a huge undertaking—but have no fear! The Phenom team is here! You’ll learn how to prepare for a successful implementation, ready your teams with resources and job aids, and define a governance model that works for you.

  • Talent marketing: Welcome to the new frontier. Don’t worry, we won’t be traveling along the Oregon Trail—just the candidate experience. In these sessions, you’ll learn all about writing strong copy, creating dynamic and engaging career sites, attracting Gen Z candidates via university events, and developing a killer recruitment marketing strategy.

  • Data-driven decision making: Make sure you go “data” way with your recruitment strategy. In this session, you’ll learn all about using historical data to make informed decisions when recruiting, marketing, and hiring. We’ll cover the key features of our Analytics tool and, remember, data is the key for successful, measurable recruiting strategy.

We’ll pause in the middle of the day for some delicious lunch. You’ll get to chat with the training team, session facilitators, and best of all, your peers! Take this time to learn about what works for them, how they use the Phenom TXM platform to elevate their strategy, recruiting, and sourcing; and who doesn’t like networking over food?

We’ll wrap the day up around 3:00 pm, which is great for you—you’ll need to go back to your hotel room and rest up because the party doesn’t stop at IAMPHENOM Training Day. That night, we’ll host our exclusive VIP party at SPIN Philadelphia, a ping-pong cocktail bar, where you’ll have another perfect opportunity to mingle over epic overhand serves and backhand returns. I’m getting pumped just thinking about it.

But don’t just take it from me. Take it from Ashley, who hung out with us at last year’s training day:

“The Talent Marketing Track is a must-go for any recruitment marketer who wants to improve their marketing strategy with the help of powerful technology. We’re always looking to make our workflows more streamlined without sacrificing quality candidate experiences, so using the Phenom platform was a great way to combine those two goals. My favorite part about last year was being able to get some great tips on maximizing our investment and learning from other recruitment marketers who face similar challenges. It was a great use of my time and I still use many of the tips I learned today.”
