Phenom People Awarded "Happiest Employees" and "Best Perks & Benefits" by Comparably

We are proud to announce that Phenom People has won two new Comparably awards: “Happiest Employees” and “Best Perks and Benefits”. Based on a year’s worth of anonymous employee reviews on our Comparably page, the awards reflect our company's mission, values, and culture. Check out why we won these two phenomenal awards!

Happiest Employees

At Phenom People, we believe that the happiest times in life are made up of small, individual moments—which is why we work hard to create special moments for everyone in the company. On an employee's first day, they receive a warm (and loud) welcome from the Phenom team. The week continues with an immersive three-day training, where they learn about the different departments at Phenom and our Talent Experience Management platform. Fun games are also incorporated to help them get to know their new team and office.

Moments continue when we celebrate phenomenal employees during our weekly all-hands meetings and quarterly awards event, the CRISPies.

Our #NotNormal office culture and environment are truly meant to increase employee engagement and overall happiness at work. Phenom’s collaborative team environment allows for open conversation across all employees—regardless of department or level of leadership in the company. All employees are held to the same level of respect and trust.

Best Perks and Benefits

We believe that our employees deserve the best perks and benefits because of all the phenomenal work they put into their jobs every day. To provide our employees with benefits they love, we look to them for feedback on ways to make improvements. This year, we rolled out 401(k) matching and student loan advisory programs. Additionally, Phenom employees can take advantage of unlimited paid time off, a tasty snack wall, monthly reimbursements for their cell phone, WiFi, and gym membership bills, as well as free breakfast on Mondays and lunches on Fridays.

While these are only a few of the many reasons why we’re phenomenal, we are honored to add these two recognitions to the awards we have won in 2019. This has been an exciting year for us, and we look forward to seeing what's to come in the future!
