It may well be the first time a candidate has ever heard of your company.

Phenom Market Job Distribution is the part of the Phenom TRM Cloud Platform that enables companies to build this type of web presence that engages candidates and reduces drop-off rates. Companies can customize the job boards and aggregators they wish to send jobs to, based on industry, experience and job category.
All companies using the Phenom TRM Cloud Platform currently receive automatic job distribution to Indeed through the Phenom Market Job Distribution product. What this means is that whenever a new job is posted to the company's career site, the position is automatically shared to Indeed and other job aggregators.
The Phenom People/Indeed partnership adds a paid job distribution capability to the Phenom Market Job Distribution product. When posting a new position or editing an existing position, talent acquisition teams will be able to purchase Indeed job ads directly through the Phenom People platform.
