Unlock New Phenom Tools for Remote Recruiting

Recruiters are quickly adapting to a rapidly changing talent landscape. While some industries might be freezing or slowing down their hiring, others, like health care or health sciences, are experiencing demand. The one common thread: remote recruiting is the current norm.


If you’re new to remote working, we have three new tools to support your recruiting efforts as the world responds to the global COVID-19 pandemic.

1. COVID-19 Message Templates

COVID-19 Email Templates


Uncertainty seems to be everywhere. As a recruiter, you can support job seekers by decreasing uncertainty and providing clear and transparent information as situations develop.


In your Phenom CRM, enable seven email and SMS message templates to quickly and efficiently share information with your candidates and talent community.


These fill-in-the-blank templates cover a few common topics: delays in the hiring process, changing an in-person interview to a virtual interview, postponing an event, putting a job on hold, and more.


2. SMS Communication

For rapidly changing situations, like an interview cancellation or impromptu virtual career event, SMS text communication might be preferable to email. A text message is likely to get their attention and response quicker, especially if it’s timely and relevant.

Tip: You can also use SMS messaging to efficiently communicate with your employees, sending 1:1 message to individual team members, or a mass text to a group or the entire team.


3. Virtual Events

As most communities practice social distancing, shifting from in-person to virtual events will be necessary for recruiters. It may seem impersonal at first, but virtual events provide you with the opportunity to reach and engage many qualified job seekers.


This week, we’ve updated Phenom’s event feature to support online events.


Using Phenom with video conferencing tools like Zoom, recruiters can create an event, collect registrations, manage attendees, and leave feedback. Simply use a video conferencing tool in lieu of an in-person interview.


To go virtual, we will unlock events and our event app for all Phenom customers for 90 days. Contact your Customer Support Manager for more details.
