    As a global tech care leader with 18,000 employees across four countries, Asurion wasn't dealing with typical recruitment challenges of low application volume or weak candidate interest. Their events attracted hundreds of applicants, and their referral program was thriving.

    "With our high-volume workflows, being able to actually get candidates to register events straight through that same workflow was imperative," Lambright said. "So instead of them having to click an external link and then go outside the experience, they will be able to do their screening assessment if required and then go straight into event registration."

This always-on automation made event processing possible outside working hours, helping candidates move forward on weekends or after hours without waiting on a recruiter.

    "QR codes have been huge for us," Lambright noted. "Candidates don't get lost, they go straight to registration."
