A Successful Start to 2017: New Clients, Partnerships, Features, and Expansion to Europe
We’ve been on the rollercoaster with our hands up in the air for a while now, and we definitely aren’t slowing down anytime soon. From new clients to new features to our European expansion, we are off to a phenomenal start for 2017.
So far this year, here’s a look at some new features and updates to the Phenom TRM platform.
Application Status Tracker This feature is tied directly to the client’s ATS, showing the current state of an applicant in the Phenom People Real-Time CRM.
Job Description Scoring According to industry best practices, we’ve enabled companies to score job descriptions based on their overall strength for optimal candidate attraction.
User Management Companies can manage user access and set predefined roles according to individual responsibilities.
Recruiter Notes In order to improve the recruiter experience, we’ve enhanced the recruiter notes, allowing users to filter by job, user, location, and company. They can also tag within the text to easily reference a job or a particular user.
Phenom Talent Clipper Clients are able to download this feature through the Google Chrome App Store. Acting as a browser extension, users have the ability to “clip” candidate profiles directly into the Phenom People Real-Time CRM – taking sourcing to a whole other level.
Aside from the new features and product updates, we’re excited to expand to other countries and enhance our offerings through new partnerships with Oracle and Bullhorn.
