There’s nothing like having a dad who was a high school principal for me to see the tie between education and continuous self-improvement. Maybe that explains why — after six years as a history and economics teacher — I decided to take what I learned and enter the fascinating world of HR. It was another avenue to channel my calling of helping people prosper.
