Phenom People Named an Employer of the Year by the 2019 Stevie Awards

This is no small task, so we are excited to be recognized for the effort by winning the Silver Stevie Award in the Talent Acquisition & Retention Solution category!

Category winners are recognized for their achievements since the beginning of 2018. Phenom’s accomplishments, including case studies, employee feedback, user reviews, and media presence, were collected and reviewed by a panel of judges. Upon close scrutiny, the panel discovered the Phenom TXM platform's solution to attract and convert external talent, engage internal talent, and align recruiting strategies with management’s initiatives, was worthy of the recognition.
