With a per-follower engagement rate of 4.21 percent for top brand, it’s no surprise that Instagram is an excellent social media platform for attracting talent. In fact, the engagement rate for top brands on Instagram is 58 times higher than Facebook and 120 times higher than Twitter.
Of course, 90 percent of Instagram users are under 35 years of age, but it’s been known as the social media platform for organizations looking to target Millennials.
