Job Description:

 

We are looking for a people person with the natural ability to develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with prospective candidates. You will be responsible for executing the talent relationship marketing strategy for the organization, playing a key role in driving candidates through the talent relationship marketing (TRM) lifecycle from initial discovery to employee conversion.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a talent relationship marketing strategy that drives qualified talent leads (passive and active) to engage with the career site, sign up for talent community, opt into email notifications, and ultimately apply to open opportunities
  • Optimize our talent relationship marketing strategy and talent nurturing strategies through job distribution, content, email, and social channels

  • Partner with talent acquisition team to ensure listed job opportunities on career site are current and up-to-date, ensuring job descriptions are written consistently and engaging to prospective talent

  • Work with marketing and design team to create 1-2 new videos per month (i.e. employee testimonials, culture glimpses, and covering corporate social responsibility)

Requirements:

 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Some past experience working in a position with HR systems and HR data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders on the integration process, helping define and educate others on HR systems and the power of data.
  • Proficient at identifying, researching, and analyzing problems including implementing improvements, updating training manuals and researching data discrepancies.
