Job Description:

We are looking for a people person with the natural ability to develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with prospective candidates. You will be responsible for executing the talent relationship marketing strategy for the organization, playing a key role in driving candidates through the talent relationship marketing (TRM) lifecycle from initial discovery to employee conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a talent relationship marketing strategy that drives qualified talent leads (passive and active) to engage with the career site, sign up for talent community, opt into email notifications, and ultimately apply to open opportunities
  • Optimize our talent relationship marketing strategy and talent nurturing strategies through job distribution, content, email, and social channels
