Are You Ready for HR Tech World in Amsterdam?

In only twelve days, HR Tech World, the much-anticipated industry event, will return to Amsterdam where it first originated.

Thousands flock to the two-day extravaganza on October 24th to learn the latest industry tech trends and get inspired by some of the A-List speakers and attendees. It’s one of HR’s most celebrated worldwide occasions.

This year will be no exception.

HR Tech World is loaded with enlightening, inspiring, and informational sessions; Future of Work, HR Tech, iRecruit, Digital HR, Adoption, Smart Data, and Product Demos are only a few of what participants can expect to see.

Speakers from all over will discuss their experiences, predictions, lessons learned, and so much more.

Future of Work Session Breakdown

One of the first speakers is Corinne Vigreux, Co-Founder at TomTom. She’ll discuss how they had to overcome the industry’s obstacles and all the latest competition to remain relevant in GPS tracking. Taking this experience and moving forward is the key to success.

Among others are Jason Averbook, CEO at Leapgen and Peter Hinssen, Co-Founder at Nexxworks all conversing where the future is heading.

What HR event would be complete if it wasn’t graced by a successful entrepreneur who built their empire on professional and personal development? Enter, Arianna Huffington.

To close out the first day, Ms. Huffington will describe a third factor next to money and power for measuring prosperity – overall well-being and self-rejuvenation. She will drive home the idea that taking a step back from the daily grind will propel you further into the life you want.

Right after, her and Josh Bersin will engage in a fireside chat about each of their perspectives on the working world.

Along with presentations of what the future has in store, other sessions will include how technology is changing and the ways to adopt them into daily life, how big data will take hold in talent acquisition, and demos of the latest tech gadgets.

Come Ready to Network

You are going to meet countless like-minded people all excited to get a glimpse into how talent acquisition leaders and HR experts can use tech to increase productivity. So while you’re there, listen, converse, exchange ideas, numbers, business cards, connect on LinkedIn, and most importantly, be present throughout your visit.

One of the wondrous factors of HR is the evolution of its processes because of the people who have brought new and fresh ideas to the table. Take this time to do just that. If the next shift in HR happens in 2018, it will emerge from HR Tech World.
