Job Recommendations Based on LinkedIn Profile
Upon visiting the career site, prospective candidates have the ability to sync their LinkedIn profile for more personalized recommendations and content. As a result, candidates are provided with job recommendations that are based on the skills and experience listed on their LinkedIn profile.
Strong EVP Content
Citrix’s career site does an excellent job of showing candidates the unique parts of their EVP (employee value proposition). From showcasing company culture and benefits to discussing innovation and corporate social responsibility, candidates are provided information to help engage with the Citrix brand and mission.
Recruitment videos are one of the best ways to increase application volume for companies. In fact, job posts receive 36 percent more applications if accompanied by a recruiting video. Career sites should have a healthy mix of dynamic content including video, and Citrix checks the box on this one.
Candidates tend to complain about lack of feedback and transparency, and Citrix lays out their entire recruiting process from Step 1 to Step 6 right on their career site. Plus, they provide a FAQ page to answer some of those commonly asked questions throughout the recruiting and interviewing process.
With a Glassdoor integration, candidates can explore employee reviews directly on the career site without ever setting foot on Glassdoor’s site. This keeps candidates engaged on your career site without distractions and advertisements they’ll encounter as soon as they leave your page.
There’s often a disconnect between a company’s career site and its applicant tracking system. With the apply mirroring feature, candidates can apply for a position without ever seeing the backend system (ATS). One of Citrix’s key initiatives with their new career site was to enable to average person to apply in under two minutes. We took a complicated application process, and helped Citrix achieve this goal.
