Similar Job Notifications
When a candidate decides to view the job description page, they aren’t immediately redirected to GE Appliances’ applicant tracking system, Workday. Instead, they are able to view relevant information about the job opportunity, sign up for similar job notifications via email if there isn’t a matching opportunity now, view open similar job opportunities, and click to apply.
