It’s time to start planning to attend IAMPHENOM, taking place in Philadelphia from March 3–5, 2020.

To help us learn more about how we can revamp our talent experience, I would like to propose that [insert names of colleagues] and I attend IAMPHENOM 2020. This is also a chance for us to receive SHRM & HRCI recertification credits.

This conference will be taking place from March 3–5, 2020 in Philadelphia. We will hear from 50+ speakers, attend over 25 interactive breakout sessions, and connect with 1,000 attendees solving the same challenges we face.

The full 2-day conference pass is $999, which includes two keynotes, multiple breakout sessions, and all meals. Session topics include recruitment chatbots, artificial intelligence, career sites, talent analytics, CRM adoption, internal mobility, and more. You can see the full agenda here.

Rooms are available at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel. If we book before February 7, we will lock in the group rate of $207 per night. If we stay for 3 nights, it will only come to $722.64 per person for the entire trip. If needed, I can look into ways to reduce expenses.

After the conference, I will schedule a meeting with you to review key takeaways that can be implemented. We can open this up to other team members or management to maximize our learnings from the conference as well.
