If you’ve got your ticket in hand for IAMPHENOM next week, you should be getting amped up for the event. To continue the excitement, here’s a look at a few of the amazing talent acquisition leaders and industry influencers set to take the stage at IAMPHENOM. Rudy Karsan, Former CEO and Co-Founder KENEXA Rudy spent over 25 years revolutionizing the global HR space through KENEXA, an organization that was recently acquired by IBM in a record deal. Now, Rudy is the Founder of Karlani Capital, an operating fund that aims to “enable the growth and success of ideas that are original, interesting, and potentially useful to people.” During his opening keynote, Rudy will set the tone for the two-day IAMPHENOM conference diving into the future of work. Shelia Gray, Global Talent Acquisition Leader GE Appliances Shelia has over 20 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition at some of the world’s largest brands, such as Citrix, Hanesbrands, Honeywell, and most recently, GE Appliances. In her session, Shelia will dive into the recruitment challenges all organizations face no matter the industry or size. Attendees will walk away with the knowledge and empowerment they need to embrace change and tackle hurdles through recruitment agility. Colleen Truitt, Head of Talent Acquisition The Hershey Company Colleen has been with The Hershey Company for the last nine years, currently leading executive recruitment and strategy for the North American business as well as actively overseeing all the salaried and college recruitment for the region. Colleen will take attendees through The Hershey Company’s best practices in recruitment, and how being socially responsible impacts the experience they provide to candidates and employees. Michael Fischman, Author Stumbling Into Infinity Michael is a founding member of the Art of Living Foundation, a non-profit educational and humanitarian organization. He’s known for leading seminars, retreats, training programs, and presentations on behalf of the foundation and the International Association of Human Values. In addition, Michael is the author of a spiritual memoir, “Stumbling Into Infinity: An Ordinary Man in the Sphere of Enlightenment” that has won several awards. Michael will be leading a personal development seminar along with a meditation exercise at IAMPHENOM. Greg Muccio, Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Southwest Airlines Greg is now in his 17th year working for Southwest Airlines in the People Department. Presently, he is responsible for leading 13 different talent acquisition teams responsible for hiring all operations, corporate, pilot, engineering, maintenance, and recent graduates. At Southwest Airlines, they are known for their unique culture, and many organizations look to the company for inspiration. Greg will share what makes Southwest’s culture unique, and audience members will walk away with ideas to apply to their own recruitment process.
