Phenom People will be heading to the upcoming HR Tech Conference on October 18-21 in Las Vegas and we wanted to give you a few ways you can learn more about Phenom People and make the most of your HR Technology Conference experience.

The expo is a great chance to network with vendors, influencers and anyone you want to talk to! Be ready to talk and listen to the over 4,000 attendees surrounding you, because sharing questions, ideas and experiences is the point.

Don’t forget that the expo is more of a marathon than a sprint. We wouldn’t recommend attending every vendor party after a long day of sessions. Don’t forget to pack comfortable shoes, a backup phone battery pack, cash for taxis and outfits that can easily transition from daytime to happy hour. The conference is in Vegas after all so when planning what to pack its all about the balance between work and fun.
