IAMPHENOM 2020: Training Day Recap

IAMPHENOM didn’t only kick off with an uncharacteristically warm March day in Philly—it started with pre-conference training that was anything but normal.

Two hundred and fifty HR practitioners walked through the doors of the Philadelphia 201 hotel today for hands-on training to help transform their talent experience.

From learning how to create a recruitment marketing strategy and use UTM codes to leveraging the Phenom CRM to build talent pipelines, attendees were immersed in the latest tips and tricks to optimize every talent journey. Plus, it was fun. We “hosted” a university recruiting event—which included scanning resumes and interviewing attendees as if they were candidates—ran a writing workshop, and played the world’s first talent experience board game. (No, this won’t be hitting stores...yet).

Check out pictures and quotes from the day—and be sure to visit the Phenom blog tomorrow for more IAMPHENOM updates!

“I wanted to go to all of the sessions! I could only go to three, but the ones I did go to, I learned a lot—they were very practical. I can actually go back to work and do something. It’s not just a concept or an idea.” Eileen Boyle, Covenant Living, IAMPHENOM Training Day Attendee

“I’m still building our new career sites, so today was invaluable. I feel like I’ve been drinking from a firehose, but after today I don’t anymore—I have a much better command of what I’m doing.” Susan Dietrich, Alltek Staffing Inc, IAMPHENOM Training Day Attendee

“It was such a rewarding experience to be able to connect with so many customers at one time and get everyone's perspective on how they are making the Phenom TXM platform work for their organization. I can't wait to follow up and see what changes they make based on what they learned during Training Day!” — Natalie McKnight, Customer Success Manager at Phenom, Training Day Presenter
