Users can create and customize automation workflows by selecting triggers and actions, and automatically format and transform data to simplify complex data migrations and integrations.

Phenom Flow Studio - Forms

Using Flow Studio - Forms, a low-code/no-code form builder, non-developers can design, build, and deploy talent community, event registration, and multi-step application forms without writing complex code. With preconfigured templates, mapping forms to an ATS or HCM is streamlined for efficiency.
 

Quality and Accessibility (QA) Hub
 

Users can leverage Quality and Accessibility Hub to run automated functional, integration, and accessibility tests across Phenom. These tests ensure both the quality and integrity of Phenom’s integrations, and also the accessibility of user-facing Phenom sites and services.
