Looking Back: We've Come a Long Way Since HR Tech 2015

When you work for a cutting-edge startup that’s growing exponentially, it’s easy to forget how far you’ve come since the birth of the company. I was recently looking back at company photos from years past, and I came across this photo from HR Tech in 2015.

This is a picture of our U.S.-based team in 2015. You’ll see co-founders and core employees pictured, and many would help to grow out our teams over the last couple of years. Fast forward to today, and it’s hard to believe how much we’ve grown.

We have a great group of employees

Spread globally through offices in the Philly area, India and Israel, we are now up to 270 employees company-wide. We continue to add bright, creative, driven and hard-working employees each week, enhancing our highly collaborative and innovative environment. We are all on the joint mission to help a billion people find the right job.

Our platform has continuously evolved

For those that don’t know, we originally started out creating custom mobile career sites for our clients. Today, we offer a comprehensive Talent Relationship Marketing platform, equipped with several key products and features to help enhance the candidate experience. In addition, we help talent acquisition teams work more efficiently, drawing in the right talent to the organization.

he industry recognition has been amazing

As a result of our employee growth and platform evolution, we’ve been acknowledged by several reputable organizations for our work to transform the talent acquisition space. From Gartner to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, the validation that we are on the right path as a company is huge.

Looking back, a lot has happened since 2015. I’m looking forward to seeing how much we continue to grow in the future.
