I’ve never felt so inspired to get up out of bed and come to work each and every day. If you talk to any other employee here, they will probably say the same thing. After all, we are working toward the same mission: to help a billion people find the right jobs.
If you didn’t hear the news already, I’m excited and proud to announce that Phenom People made the 2017 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Not only that, but we also made the top 500, coming in at No. 277. Additionally, we are the No. 19 fastest-growing software company, No. 5 fastest-growing Philly company, and No. 7 fastest-growing Pennsylvania-based company.

It all started with mobile (and a different name)
Before Phenom People was fully born, we started out in 2010 as a key supplier of mobile-recruiting services under the company nameiMomentous. At that time, we had approximately 70 employers utilizing our mobile-recruiting services, creating and optimizing their mobile career sites to target candidates on all devices. We were successful, but our founders wanted to do more for our mission.
That’s when Phenom People was born in 2015. After re-branding, we expanded our company to deliver more than just mobile-recruiting services. We created a new category to help transform the talent acquisition industry for the better, Talent Relationship Marketing. To this day, we offer a comprehensive TRM platform that is continuously improving and adding new features.
Our core values fuel our continued growth and success
Our founders have developed and held true to core values that fuel our company’s continued growth and success as a team. Coming from the top down and assessed throughout our interview and selection process, all employees embody these five core values: Positive Thinking, Curiosity, Confidence, Responsibility and Intensity.
In addition, we all share in our company’s responsibility for delivering a cutting-edge and innovative product, impacting our customers including their talent acquisition strategy and overall business objectives, hiring and retaining talented employees to help build our second-to-none culture, and enhancing the community.
We are expanding our employee-base a lot
When I first started at Phenom People, we had approximately 150 employees company-wide. Our hiring definitely hasn’t slowed down with about two new people joining the company per week.
Outside of our U.S. office, we have operations in Canada, UK, Israel and India. We are up to 250 employees company-wide, and project that number to be around 300 by the end of 2017, beginning of 2018.
