It’s on March 3rd, and here’s why you should make sure you’re there.

At last year’s IAMPHENOM, we had two learning tracks and six sessions. Now, we’ve upped our game—in 2020, you can choose from five tracks and fifteen sessions that cover topics such as:

• Guided product training. You’ll learn how to use basic TXM platform functionality.

• Best practices. You won’t just learn functionality, you’ll also learn how to get the most out of our TXM platform with best practices and strategies.

• Product implementation. Adopting the Phenom TXM platform across your team takes time and effort. We’re here to help you learn all about implementation processes and best practices.

• Talent marketing. It’s time to recruit like a marketer! Learn how to leverage the various talent marketing features in the CRM to keep candidates engaged.

Christine Kensey, Senior Director of Training:
Christine has been working in technology training for nearly a decade, and has an M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership and Learning. Christine will not only teach you how to use the Phenom TXM platform, but how to implement the best roll-out to your teams. She leads the Phenom Training Team and specializes in change management, learning strategies, and implementation.

Suzi Mirchel, Training and Learning Specialist:

Suzi comes to the training team with a Master's in Digital Media and Community Development, along with a diverse, cross-functional background working primarily in the digital marketing and product development space. As one of our newest members, Suzi will be tackling our Analytics tool across our platform, while also helping drive visual content development for the training team.

Chelsea Eaton, Training and Learning Specialist:

Last, but certainly not least, I introduce... myself. Before starting at Phenom, I was a content writer and social media marketer. On the Training Team, I help tailor our written content so it is engaging and interesting for learners. I also bring my background in marketing to teach Phenom users how to best leverage our talent marketing tools. I specialize in Phenom Email and SMS Campaigns, University Recruiting, and Events.

The Training Team will also invite other Phenom experts to join us during the sessions!
