Recruiting Trends & TA Tech Conference 2016 Highlights
The Phenom People team hit Austin last week for the Recruiting Trends / Talent Acquisition Tech Conference. With a busy week ahead, we arrived in Texas on Monday ready to talk Talent Relationship Marketing! We kept busy at our booth by showing demos of the Phenom TRM Cloud Platform, passing out Phenom People frisbees and meeting new friends! The CandEs Gala, emceed by our very own Ed Newman, celebrated those companies who are going the extra mile to measure their candidate experience and to constantly improve it. Along with the awards ceremony, the gala was a great chance to network along with good food and drinks.
