Enter, the Fourth Industrial Revolution; a revolution considered to be more technological than industrial. The Fourth Industrial Revolution will build on the potential of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), nanotechnology, renewable energy, quantum computing, and biotechnology to name a few. By 2020, about 5 million jobs are expected to be replaced by automated machines. Likewise, jobs that didn’t exist before will soon be in-demand. This new age will call for a new set of skills for the future workforce to remain competent and productive.
