The Submission Process
If your organization embodies any of the categories above, please complete a nomination form. Our award committee will carefully review all submissions—including detailed use cases and impact—to select winners for each award. Finalists and winners will be notified directly before the new year and celebrated during an awards ceremony at IAMPHENOM, April 20-22, 2027, in Philadelphia, PA.

Our award committee will evaluate the nominations, choose finalists, and then select winners from those finalists who will be honored at IAMPHENOM 2027.
The nomination period ends November 13, and submissions are reviewed November 16-20.
Finalists will be notified by email on November 23. Each finalist will receive a badge, social media copy, and a press release template to help announce their recognition.
Winners will be notified by email on December 15, and should plan on attending IAMPHENOM in person to accept their award. Two complimentary tickets to the conference will be provided so they can be celebrated and connect with other industry leaders.
Winners will be announced live at IAMPHENOM during the annual customer gala in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Each winner will receive an award and be featured in a press release, blog, and social posts that highlight their unique accomplishments and successes.
