What is IAMPHENOM?

We are already beginning to see the impact of disruptive technology in the HR world, especially with artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and other features like chatbots. IAMPHENOM powered by Phenom People will bring together the brightest minds in HR, TA, and technology in one room to discuss these topics as well as the future of business as we know it. There will be a lot to discuss as the advancements we are seeing from a year ago to the present are just the tip of the iceberg and the future of HR and disruptive technology will look very different by even the year 2020.

The event will be taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Center City, Philadelphia from May 2nd – 3rd. Located in the heart of the City of Brotherly Love, the DoubleTree offers the ideal meeting space and provides ample areas and opportunities for networking.
